If bills were increasing for certain properties, they would be serviced by the scheme anymore.

ECO4 has been set up to help low income earners and people with health issues to improve the energy efficiency of their properties. A measure that’s used in the process is your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which measures both environmental and financial benefits of any potential changes. If the installer can not make those improvements, the property simply won’t qualify for funding. If the benefits were not there, we would not offer services to those properties.

Please view our case studies and customer videos to read and hear about what you can expect from the ECO4 process, and the benefits our customers have reported.
