You can lower the cost of heating your home through free loft insulation grant, this is a simple process in which our installer will roll out thick mineral fiber material in the loft. This will allow you to spend less on heating while keeping the home warmer.
The mineral fibre acts in a similar fashion to a blanket and keeps the warmth trapped in the home. Our installer will only use premium loft insulation throughout your home.
Funding is currently available for homes that have empty lofts and well as topping up insulation that has dropped below 100mm, which can be increased.
It may be hard to believe but a quarter of the money you spend on heating is lost through the roof.
If there is no loft insulation or it is more than 7 years old, we recommend that you look into upgrading to the most modern insulation available to save money.

How To Qualify
You must ensure that the loft is fully empty or the installation process will not be able to proceed. If the area has been converted, you may want to consider free room-in-roof insulation instead.
The loft will need to be accessible through a hatch entrance and bot be boarded up. If the area is currently boarded, it must be a small portion, or remove the boarding and proceed with the option of a free grant.
ECO4 is backed by large and medium energy suppliers. They have legal obligations under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. This includes companies like British Gas, EDF Energy, E.ON, Scottish Power, and Octopus Energy.
